Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft Returns for Season 2

Many fans have been asking for it and viewing figures on Netflix have been strong enough that Tomb Raider has been renewed for a second season.

In case you were worried that cursed tombs around the world were getting a little too peaceful, Netflix has announced that the animated series Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is coming back for a second season from Legendary Television. Lara Croft (voiced by Hayley Atwell) will be pulling her fingerless gloves back on to wield those dual pistols while searching for all-new ancient relics.

Season 2 looks to advance her character from somewhat of a rookie to her journey to becoming the icon we know today. Here’s the official logline we’ve unearthed for her next chapter:
